Yes, Once you create a FREE account then you can login and create an eSIM and then add a data plan for the country you require, you can add as many data plans as you like for as many countries or regions. Data plans are only activated once you arrive in that particular country or region. We suggest adding a data plan before you arrive at your destination. You can create many eSIM's on one account which can be used on other devices you may have or for staff, family or friends.
No, As long as you have an internet connection on your mobile device, tablet or laptop then you can use our mobile phone number and sms services with our mobile app, it does not matter which provider your internet service is being supplied. The "Add a Buddy" add on feature allows you to VOICE or VIDEO call and CHAT to people you are in contact with on a regular basis, this is at a low additional cost, we supply your buddies with their own mobile app.

Wi-Fi Hotspot Compatibility
The Wi-Fi Hotspot / Internet Sharing feature is currently available with all Prepaid (non-unlimited) plans, Unlimited Standard, and Unlimited MAX plans, including Apple iOS and Android smartphones.
If you are unable to access Wi-Fi Hotspot on your device with a Secure-eSIM plan, please try to restart the phone. Sometimes this is required after installing the eSIM for the first time, to fully initialize the network settings and feature availability.
The availability of Wi-Fi Hotspot ultimately depends on the local network operator, and may be restricted in some situations. Although the Wi-Fi Hotspot feature should be available in all regions on all eSIM plans, unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability in every possible situation.
After activating your eSIM via QR code or Manual activation code, you may see the following error message

This error indicates that your device is locked by your carrier, and is not allowed to install plans from other carriers.
